Poised Investments ("we") runs poised-investments.com and its free tools. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Name and email when you open a tool, with your consent to be contacted.
• Which tool you used and when you signed up.
• Basic, anonymous traffic statistics (pages viewed, country, device type) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

What we don't collect

The numbers you enter into the tools are calculated in your browser. We don't receive or store your deal inputs or results.

How we use it

We use your name and email only to contact you about these tools and related real estate services. We never sell or rent your information.

Google Drive

If you choose to save deals to Google Drive, the site asks Google for access only to files it creates. Your deals are saved in your own Drive account. We can't see your other files, and you can remove access anytime in your Google account settings.
